SPINACH SMOOTHIE

1 cup frozen Spinach,   1 cup frozen Mangos,   1 Banana,   2 tsp Vanilla Yogurt,

2 Tblsp Peanut Butter,   1 cup (or more) Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk),   Cinnamon – dash

For a sweeter taste, use Pineapple-Coconut juice in place of Coconut Milk.

BROCCOLI SOUP

1 cup Chicken Broth,   2 cups Broccoli,   10 Asparagus,   1 cup Peas,

1/2 to 1 cup grated Cheese, 1 slice smoked Gouda cheese

For a more Alkaline Soup, use less cheese.
