Many of our subscribers and students suggested that we do a DVD based on our youtube videos which incorporate Easy Qigong moves and affirmations. This “Qigong with Affirmation” DVD has two 20-minute sessions – one with butterfly scenes and the other with footage from our Alaska journey. As well as spoken, the affirmations are written at the bottom of the screen. People have commented that doing Qigong with positive thoughts deepens their practice and strengthens their inner spirit.
