Section 3 has more detailed instructions for Beginners. Basically the “24 Form Yang Style” is at an intermediate level. However, Don Fiore simplified the Yang Form for his classes, and his students asked for a DVD with his easier movements. Many teachers are using Don’s form because it is easier to learn than the traditional “24 Form Yang Style.”
Don’s “Modified 24 Form – Yang Style” is the next step after his intermediate level TAI CHI KUNG.
